By using this website or placing an order with Prime Time General Trading FZE LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Prime Time General Trading FZE LLC is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with its office at CWS-1V-001322, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE.

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may exclude VAT, shipping and customs duties. We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors at any time before an order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed only once we accept it in writing (email or invoice) and payment is received. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case any payment will be fully refunded.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other methods supported by Stripe, as well as bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any import duties in the destination country.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please contact us first to resolve any payment issue. Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving goods may result in suspension of your account and recovery action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction.
